The browser tools

• The tools are free, provided as is, without an account.
• Always check the result before you rely on it. OCR can misread characters. A passing check digit (IMEI, VIN, IBAN) means the value is internally consistent, not that it belongs to a particular device, vehicle or bank account.
• Use the tools only on images you have the right to process. Copy-protection on some content exists for a reason; respect the rights of its owners.

The app

• The app is licensed for personal use. Core scanning is free; Number Mode and scan history are paid features available by subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase; refunds are handled by the store under its rules.
• We may change or discontinue features; paid features you have bought stay available for the paid period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, 1Clue is not liable for losses caused by a misread or unchecked number. Guides on this site are general information, not legal, financial or medical advice.
